Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving. Shipping usually takes 3-8 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located. Orders are shipped out of Lexington, Kentucky. Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 4 business days as this only delays processing orders. If you want your package expedited, you need to pay for the express shipping which will ship out the same day or next day after your order is placed, and arrive in 1-2 business days.

Further, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered in said time.

If you order multiple times in one day please email us at shopwkndclub@gmail.com to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges if the first order has not already been processed and shipped!

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. Any orders that have to be re-shipped due to insufficient address inputted by the customer will be charged the second shipping cost.

PREORDER ITEMS:
If your order includes a preorder item, the estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated in the product description. Please do not email us about when your preorder will ship; the shipping date will be honored as indicated.

When you place an order for a preorder item, you will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received. After the preorder item has arrived and is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

A quick note about preorders:

If you’re snagging other styles along with a preorder, please check out separately unless you’re okay with them being held and shipped together once your preorder arrives. Thank you so much for your patience & understanding!

Important Note: If your card has been charged, we have received your order and you have successfully reserved your item. We are simply waiting for the supplier to finish producing them.

We are not responsible for late, missing, or stolen mail.

If your package is lost in transit please email us at info@savvykayboutique.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
