Return Policy
RETURN POLICY:
Hey, WKND CLUB! We hope you love your order from us! However, we also understand you may need to return your purchase sometimes. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return.
When returning, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with original packaging/tags. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more and ALL ITEMS in Sale category are FINAL SALE.
Other FINAL SALE items include all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, custom sweatshirts, swimwear, vintage, and athletic wear. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
When placing a return, please contact us at shopwkndclub@gmail.com with the subject line as "RETURN", and in the email please include the order number as well as the reason for return. We will respond with a return address for you.
If you are planning to return, it would be best for the order to be back with us within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. However, we understand that things come up and there may be weather delays, so as long as the return is postmarked by the 14th day, we will allow the return as long as it is in perfect condition and not final sale. If it is postmarked past the 14th day, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
We do a thorough check of all our products before shipping them out, but sometimes we may miss a damage. Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving of your order. Please email us at shopwkndclub@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage for a full refund.
